The importance of proper colonic cleaning can not be underestimated in todays western world and society with its increased dependence on fast food, hydrogenated fats and low fiber diets generating all sorts of conditions and diseases we were not meant to have. Colonic clensing has become more important than ever. Sigmoid diverticulosis is one of these conditions, diverticulitis (a complication of diverticulosis) is another but there are many others like IBS (irritable bowel syndrom), yeast infections (candida), Chron's disease etc. Regular colonic cleansing helps preventing these conditions. Successful treatment of diverticulosis starts with a good diet and colonic cleansing (clensing), or maybe we should say successful prevention of diverticulosis.
